About
I take the ferry regularly during the week, and I often find myself checking the schedule, especially on the way home, to avoid waiting too long at the stop.
When planning my commute, I’d jump between different sources for information, always wishing they could do a bit more to make the experience smoother.
Catching a ferry as part of your commute isn’t quite the same as taking other kinds of public transport. For many people, the ferry is just one piece of a bigger journey, like when you’re biking the rest of the way, so the trip doesn’t always line up with how buses or trains are usually planned and scheduled.
That’s why I built FerryTell. I wanted something simple, useful, and designed to make my own commute easier—and hopefully yours too.
